As an Eco-friendly charity, we pride ourselves on using environmentally conscious packaging. Our mailing bags are made of recyclable and environmentally sustainable materials. Please reuse or recycle them at home! For some items we also reuse boxes from our warehouse to reduce the amount of waste material.
Items ordered will usually be delivered by Royal Mail and
WMZ cannot be held liable for any delivery delays following dispatch. In the
event of delayed delivery, please wait for a period of at least 14 days from
the date of dispatch of your order before contacting us.
All prices listed include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be shown separately at checkout.
